The Folder Studio macOS app is free to download. Premium content is optional and can be purchased only if you want access to additional icon packs, themes, or advanced styles.

14-day refund window
You may request a refund for any Folder Studio premium purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. This 14-day refund window applies without exceptions or additional conditions.

你可以在购买 Folder Studio 高级内容后的 14 天内申请退款。该 14 天退款窗口无例外，也不附加其他条件。
How to request a refund
Email folderstudio@163.com with your order email, order ID, and purchase date. If your receipt lists Paddle or another payment provider, you may also follow the instructions in that receipt.
如何申请退款
请发送邮件至 folderstudio@163.com， 并提供订单邮箱、订单编号和购买日期。如果收据中显示 Paddle 或其他支付服务商，也可以按照收据中的说明提交请求。
Processing time
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank or payment provider processing time may vary after the refund is issued.

Digital content
Premium packs are digital content, but the 14-day refund window still applies to Folder Studio premium purchases without exceptions or additional conditions.
