When refunds may be available

• You were charged more than once for the same item.
• The purchased content cannot be accessed after reasonable troubleshooting.
• The purchase was accidental and the request is submitted promptly.
• Refunds required by applicable consumer protection law remain available.

How to request a refund

Email folderstudio@163.com with your order email, order ID, purchase date, and a short explanation. If your receipt lists Paddle or another payment provider, you may also follow the instructions in that receipt.

Review and timing

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds are usually returned to the original payment method, and bank or payment provider processing time may vary.

Because premium packs are digital content, refund availability may depend on purchase status, access status, and applicable law. Contact support if you are unsure.
